Agreement

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Hoopfolio.

Who can use Hoopfolio

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hoopfolio. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at feedback@hoopfolio.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may use Hoopfolio for personal, non-commercial portfolio tracking. You may not:

• Use automated scripts or bots to access Hoopfolio.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's data.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code or data.

Your data

The card data and collection information you enter belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the service. We don't claim ownership of your content.

Uploaded photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You may not upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content at our discretion, without notice. We are not responsible for user-uploaded photos and do not monitor uploads proactively.

Estimated values

Card prices shown in Hoopfolio are estimates based on third-party market data. They are for reference only and do not constitute financial, investment, or appraisal advice. Actual market values may differ.

Service availability

Hoopfolio is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or that the service will meet your specific needs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at feedback@hoopfolio.app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoopfolio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or financial decisions made based on estimated card values.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
